We take your privacy VERY seriously. We do not sell any customer information. Being a small family company, we treat your information with the security that we would expect our own to be treated with. If you order from us or request it, we will add you to our e-newsletter and send you mail from time-to-time but are happy to remove you if you feel there is no benefit. Our website is secured by VeriSign and our order processing system is fully CID compliant. That is a fancy way of saying that your credit card information is encrypted at every step and safe. Even if (ugh!)somebody steals our computers.

Most orders ship within two days via UPS or US Postal Service.

$5 'FLAT RATE' shipping is via Media US Mail which usually takes two weeks but can take longer. Murphy's Law dictates that you only use the flat rate shipping if you are not in a hurry! 'REGULAR' shipping is via UPS or US Priority Mail, starts at $9.95, and takes 7-days or less from when we ship.

Poster sets and laminated posters may be heavier and require more postage. We will let you know in a follow-up e-mail.

International customers will receive an e-mail giving various shipping options and prices.

We warehouse everything in our Northern California Warehouse. Sometimes items are briefly out of stock. We do not back order and will not split orders with out-of-stock items unless asked to do so. There will be a second shipping charge if you would like us to ship ahead. If you would rather cancel out of stock items, please let us know.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: We ship via US Mail/Canada Post. We realize there are cheaper methods but after a few customers got hit with "customs broker fees" and import duties, we decided it just wasn't worth it. If you have a US address or your school uses a freight forwarder, please use that address to save on shipping.

PURCHASE ORDERS: We are happy to take POs from schools and institutions. Flat rate shipping is not available for purchase orders.

There are two shipping choices for billed orders under $200:
US Media Mail(8-14 business days) - 10% with an $8.95 minimum.
UPS(3-7 business days) - 16% with a $10 minimum.
Orders over $200 - figure 10% and your order will ship via UPS.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, return it. No questions, no fuss. We will even pay the postage to ship you a replacement item if you like.
